1. You must be fully vaccinated, which means the day of your event must be at least 14 days after your second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or at least 14 days after your single dose of the Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine.

2. You have received a Negative "Rapid Test" OR PCR test within the three days prior to the event date.  Confirmation required through Excelsior Pass or physical copy from healthcare provider.
